This site is a static public resource. You can read the guides without creating an account.

What stays on your device

The maintenance log uses your browser’s local storage. Entries are not uploaded to our server when you press save. Export files you download are yours to keep or delete.

What we do not do

There is no service-request form selling your phone number to a call center. Directory pages do not require you to “unlock” a phone number. We do not publish customer reviews we invented.

If hosting logs exist

Whatever company hosts the files may keep ordinary web logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and uptime. We do not use those logs to build a marketing list. Idaho Code 9-348 is also why the provider directory is not offered as a downloadable call list.

Email

If you write hello@blackfootseptic.com, we use that thread to correct the site or answer the question. Do not send medical information or photos of sewage backups unless you understand email is not a secure incident system—call a pumper and SIPH instead.
